Some have been reported to last up to an hour. ---- resource from&nbsp;NHS I suffered from severe panic attacks for five years, which was the first time I truly recognised the condition and realised just how much psychological issues can impact physical health. As I became more aware, I discovered that people around me—and even some well-known figures—were struggling with similar challenges. Many, like I once did, had no idea that their discomfort was caused by anxiety and autonomic nervous system disorders. To gain a broader perspective, I conducted a questionnaire-based study, speaking to individuals who had experienced panic attacks. I asked them to describe how their episodes began and what they felt during them. Interestingly, everyone’s symptoms and experiences were different, and even when they shared similar symptoms, the way they described them varied considerably. This gave me the sense that panic attacks are an abstract and stream-of-consciousness thing, and a starting point of building a surreal imagery in my animation.&nbsp; They all felt like their bodies and souls were detached, and felt like they were dying. I was inspired by mixed media animator&nbsp;Erik Winkowski, collage artist Jazz Grant, and be influenced a lot by Jonathan Hodgeson`s animation ‘Feeling my way’ and children`s book ‘The Princess of the Pea’ by Lauren Child. I integrated collage, stop frame and hand-drawing. It can also be described as an interpretation of the dream "being chased by something". Our brains are like a box containing emotions memories or traumas accumulated from childhood to adulthood. And based on psychology and neuroscience, the reason of having this dream is because of our anxiety or trauma. our negativity is usually beyond our control, so it will come back again, but we can overcome it when we have emotional self-regulated. A very important point is that I never knew what was chasing me, from the beginning of the dream I only had the option to constantly run forward. It wasn't until I was a teenager that I started to gain some stamina and agility in my dreams that I didn't have in real life, so that I could run faster and further, and sometimes successfully escape from the thing. Based on my experiences, I initially positioned this work as a personal subject. But after having some relevant talks with the people around me, I realised that this is a common dream. It seems to me that when a situation or matter is common or repeated in different individuals, then it becomes a phenomenon. " The first stage of his state is that they might refer to our wish. The evaluated derived conclusion nowadays becomes that it`s a threat simulation. The threat could be anything, but usually this threat refers to something we want to avoid in our minds, which occur the anxiety. [Neuroscience]:&nbsp;The emerging view in neuroscience is that dreams are related to memory consolidation happening in the brain during sleep. This may include reorganizing and recoding memories in relation to emotional drives as well as transferring memories between brain regions.&nbsp;During the day, episodic memories (memories for events) are stored in the hippocampus, a region of the brain specialized for long-term memory that learns particularly quickly. The book`s title &lt;Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow&gt; deprived of “Macbeth`s famous&nbsp; Act V soliloquy”&nbsp; It`s a tragedy, but Marx gets hope in it: The idea that we might start again every day of our lives and also a metaphor for playing video games with their infinite restarts, extra lives and chances for redemption. 2. ‘GAMER’ is the answer In Chapter 7 the ‘NPC’. Marx told Sam that “There`s no game without NPCs. ” We are the NPCs in each other's lives and the dominant players in our own life. Therefore we decided to make a first- person view on computer screening. Each viewer becomes a gamer while they are watching the animation, finding hints from the animation about the complex relationship between Sam, Sadie, and Marx. In addition to having a better understanding of the book itself, and the depth meaning of the 'RESTART’ in the story. 3. Tetris design Tetris is one of the most well-known games in the ’90s, it represents a generation’s childhood memories. We decided the colours which represent those three characters and puzzle them within purposes. It implies the strong bonding between the three of them, as well as emphasizing the complex triangle love is happening in the story. 4. Player select We used symbolic items to represent each main character in the book with 3D builder, which means the technological advances in their game development and also to build curiosity to the audiences, as well as give a hint of the narrative. 5. The 'restart’ button It refers as everything can be restarted', quoted from the book ‘ The world of infinite restarts. Start again at the beginning, this time you might win. And it’s not as if all our results were bad. ’ There is no actual win or lose in the game, which metaphorically refers to reality, there is no success or failure, it's about our decision of who we are willing to become.&nbsp; But unfortunately the weather was not ideal , the sound of the wind howling in the background and people speaking sound as well, so it was not used. However, we think the interviewee's response is valuable, as Coco asked him: "Do you enjoy being here?" He replied "Yes, I like Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday", which is a very sweet answer. And that inspired us to show the workshop (which also meaningful to them) by collage the character through their art works. We tried out six different versions of the character, taking into the consideration a number of factors, such as how the character looked which might affect the visual communication, and finally decided on this little tomato-headed cutie. [Story / Mechanism]The most famous Golem was cast by the Prague Jewish scholar, Leow, to protect the Jews from persecution. To animate the Golem, the maker has to place a small "תמא" tablet on its tongue everyday and write the word ("truth", Hebrew) on it`s forehead. The golem could then be deactivated by removing the א, thus changing the. (תמ) "to "death (תמא) "inscription from "truth According to Moment magazine, "the golem is a highly mutable metaphor with seemingly limitless symbolism. It can be a victim or villain, man or woman—or sometimes both. Over the centuries, it has been used to connote war, community, isolation, hope, and despair. So it may have mixed feelings about the owner's attitude towards the using.
